「Aruna was a perfect place to stay -- an easy ride into town but a peaceful and quiet reprieve. The rooms were new, clean and very comfortable, and the amenities were great. The staff was unbelievably helpful and gracious -- a few weeks before our stay, they set up a whatsapp chat to coordinate a transfer upon arrival and provide restaurant recommendations. It was so easy to get in touch for fresh towels, restaurant reservations and any other questions we had. I absolutely would go back to Aruna!」

「Neat resort away from everything. Nicely remodeled. The staff is the nicest and most attentive I have ever seen. Food was very good considering everything came from one kitchen. A great relaxing experience. If you want no crowds, and like to snorkel, fish, or just relax around a pool this is your place. The boat ride from town to the resort was 30 min each way but we loved it!」

「We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Royal Blue. The WiFi was strongest here of anywhere we stayed in Belize. The local vibe is awesome in this part of town. You can definitely get by without a golf cart as a beach park, food joints, pastry shop, coffee shop, and supermarket are all at your fingertips. The service was excellent and we loved the welcome kitty by the door. Ocean view room is worth it. Only negative was water pressure, but that’s not uncommon even in the more expensive places. We...
