"Had about a four day stay at the property for my first ever solo trip/birthday trip. Checking in was easy. When I arrived to my room at first glance, it seems tidy. After returning from a day of activities, I did notice my sheets on the bed were disgusting after pulling back the blanket. There was like blood stains and dirt. Just nasty. it took them about two hours to bring me fresh sheets, which was extremely annoying after they left. I also noticed that in the bathroom there was make up stains on the backside of the curtains in the shower. I did notify the staff that it was going to be my birthday on the trip to see if they would do anything for it. They wrote down that they would do a room decoration for me on the day of my birthday. There was nothing in the room, just a poorly cleaned room. Other than the lack of decorations and cleaning, my stay was OK with the property."

"Ramon's Village is truly one of a kind. We loved the cabins and jungle feel in the heart of San Pedro. The room was cute and had a lockable safe, microwave, and refrigerator. It was convenient to walk to many restaurants and shops. They take great care in maintaining the grounds. Everything was clean, both indoors and outdoors. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food prices were about what I expected for a nice resort, and everything was delicious. My boyfriend especially loved the smoothies from Tropic Al's. We did not do any tours through Ramon's, but the pool was lovely and there were plenty of chairs on the beach and around the property. No issues with bugs/mosquitos during our stay! There was also a water spout outside the cabin to clean your feet and avoid tracking sand into the room. A staff member met us at the water taxi terminal and within 5 minutes we were at the resort. Very convenient! "

"The hotel was on the water and centrally located in San Pedro close to several restaurants and bars. From the balcony I could see the pretty and vast ocean. The receptionist in the morning and at night were helpful in providing suggestions where to eat, what to visit, and what to do. Each suggestion was spot on and specially the local authentic Belizian restaurants to try. Highly recommend staying here where there are large rooms, balconies, and AC."

"I love the location, room was absolutely comfortable and clean. Everything was fine until there is a lot of college students occupying the other rooms it was noisy and they party until 3am no respect at all. I hope they will put a sign to remind others specially at night after 10PM to be mindful with other occupants. "

"Loved the ocean vuew and the terrace"

"We stayed at the Caye Hotel - SP for four nights (sun-thurs) in March 2026. The rooms were clean, beds firm but comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations of things to do, places to eat. Staff also offered to set up our snorkeling tour, golf cart rental, and water taxi tickets. They offered us water bottles and refilled our waters. They had small coolers and ice to be used for our day trips and towels for our beach outings. Their beach area was also shared with the restaurant/bar, so although there are places to sit its table & chairs type situation. You can find other beach and pool areas to use outside the hotel. The restaurant/bar had music Sunday night until 10pm, which was a little loud in our room but we were tired and still able to fall asleep. Where our room was located we could see the ocean out the window but I would not say we had an “ocean view” room. The location was great, walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and we walked from the airport. There was a snorkeling company right out front of the hotel which was very convenient. Overall great stay and I would stay here again. "
