"My stay at Porto Palácio Hotel was truly exceptional. The service was warm and professional, the room elegant and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop bar were unforgettable. I especially appreciated the relaxing sauna steam room and jacuzzi and the hotel’s perfect balance of luxury and convenience. The breakfast buffet was amazing, it has everything you need and staff on hand were extremely friendly and accommodating. A beautiful experience I’d happily repeat."

"The Palacete Severo is a beautiful boutique hotel. The property is well maintained and has a quiet and tranquil vibe. Most importantly the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the bartender Pedro, the sommelier Sara, the crew that greets you when you first enter the property Miquel, Riccardo at the front desk, help to make our stay very memorable. We were given an upgrade to beautiful suite room a welcome drink and a special anniversary treat. They also include a delicious breakfast each morning and we were also able to enjoy an evening at their restaurant for a tasting event with their highly rated talented chef. We recommend a stay there if you travel to Porto. The service and property is well worth the stay."

"When we checked in, we were greeted by Glauber de Freitas. From our check in he commented that it was soon my wife’s birthday. We didn’t think much of this and asked about local dining options that met our dietary requirements. He suggested a great restaurant that we enjoyed very much. This trip was a celebration for my wife. We had a day trip planned for the actual day. When we returned, we found a gluten free cake and chilling sparkling wine in our room. The gesture capped off a perfect day. Glauber left a beautifully handwritten card wishing my wife a happy birthday and reassured us that everything met our dietary restrictions. We forgot that we shared all this information with him, but he didn’t. This gesture made our stay beyond extraordinary."
