「Clean room」

「Gostaria de deixar um elogio ao Neto, que fez meu check in ainda cedo, por volta das 07:30. Havia um quarto disponível e ele liberou para mim. Sei que esse tipo de ocorrência não é comum em hotéis, onde o check in é cada vez mais tardio (14h, 15h). Esse gesto de gentileza me deixou muito feliz com o estabelecimento. Parabéns, Neto!」

「Todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos e atenciosos no atendimento. O conforto foi excelente, a limpeza estava boa e o café da manhã foi ótimo. A única questão negativa foi o ar-condicionado do quarto, que não funcionou, deixando o ambiente um pouco abafado durante a noite.」

「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」

「酒店临街，大堂很小，但服务生都很棒，多数能听懂英语，房间布局合理，床单和被子略差，房间视野很好，临近有大街小巷可以散步，附近有美术博物馆。酒店早餐超级棒，服务生尤其好。」

「I and my girlfriend had an wonderful stay at Ipanema Inn. The staff is absolutely courteous, the included breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect. I was expecting kind of a normalish inn based on the pictures, but the room was very nice and was kept clean daily. Many bonus points to the in-room hammock! We had a great leisure time.」
