「Location is not in a nice neighborhood. Could not even take a shower as the shower area was not draining and causing pooling of water. Reported the incident but no subsequent action taken by attending staff at night. Hotel conditions needed a fix. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this facility nor would I try the facility. 」

I enjoyed the proximity to dining, beach, shopping, etc. I would've paid more for a nicer room, but I didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Rooftop pool and bar was a plus and so was the buffet style breakfast downstairs! 9/10 recommend.」

「The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.」

「Positiv in dem Hotel war das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal am Empfang / Rezeption. Außerdem war das Frühstück echt in Ordnung. Insbesondere die ganzen weichen Brötchen. Okey bis schlecht war jedoch leider der Rest. Die Zimmer waren so semi sauber. Wir hatten einmal eine dreckige Decke, der Abfluss im Bad war nicht sauber und unsere Toilette nicht mehr fest verankert (Raum 1150). Der Pool hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und das Personal scheint dort etwas überfordert zu sein....
