A equipe do hotel era extremamente gentil e o restaurante com refeições bem adequadas. Quarto confortável com excelente ducha. A área da piscina é agradável para um descanso no final da tarde. Único inconveniente foi a localização porque nos hospedamos no final de semana e o centro do Rio não é um local para andar a pé nesses dias e tudo ao redor estava fechado.

This is a complicated review. The hotel was very nice, rooftop bar was great, staff pleasant. I did have a problem with someone “checking” to see if we needed our room made up 3 hours after checking in, and the area around the hotel at night is dangerous. I was assaulted around the corner 7pm and no police came after the hotel said they reported it. Not the best part of town after dark. It’s a shame because the hotel is very nice.

This hotel does not allow guests but nowhere on the individual website of Expedia is that mentioned. You spend hundreds per night, travel from another country to visit friends and family, and those friends and family aren’t allowed to visit you at the hotel or even at the rooftop bar. On top of that, they will charge you to add them to your reservation just I have the privilege of spending time with friends and family. Zero transparency ahead of time. It’s unacceptable. If this is your policy, make this clear.

Esse hotel em comparação com os outros da mesma localidade é muito superior. Ganha no conforto, na limpeza e o café da manhã é muito bom pq além de muita variedade, são produtos de qualidade. Moro em Curitiba, mas, estou no RJ a trabalho a cada 45 dias e se possível, gostaria de estar sempre neste mesmo hotel.

J'ai été un peu déçu de mon séjour! Plus de 30 minutes pour un check-in et même chose pour le check-out! Pour le prix payé, la chambre est vraiment simple et la piscine minuscule (elle parait bien plus grande sur la photo). J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel "OK" juste à côté après deux nuits ici. C'est beaucoup moins cher avec un service plus rapide et la même qualité.

Quartos muito limpos, deixei cair pipoca doce no chão e solicitei limpeza do quarto apenas no dia seguinte, no tempo que a pipoca doce ficou no chão não apareceu nem uma mísera formiga, sinal de que o espaço é detetizado. Passei um algodão com álcool no assento do vazo sanitário na chegada ao hotel por garantia pois geralmente desconfio da limpeza de todos os hotéis no geral, porém o algodão voltou completamente limpo e branco, sem nenhum sinal de poeira ou sujeira, limpeza do hotel nota 1000. Equipe atenciosa, minha mãe se hospedou comigo e pediu no café da manhã 2 laranjas descascadas para levar para comer a noite pois é um hábito dela, eles forneceram as laranjas e em todos os dias seguintes de nossa hospedagem eles entregaram 2 laranjas no café da manhã sem nós termos que pedir, eles simplesmente lembraram todos os dias de trazer as laranjas por conta própria, são muito cuidadosos. Além de cuidadosa a equipe é muito simpática e educada.
