「Room was clean and neat, staff was great」

「There are lots of workers staying at the hotel. They were super loud until 2-3am playing music from their trucks in the parking lot which is right up against the hotel rooms and drinking out on the walkways. There are shipping containers stacked in the parking lot. The night clerk was contacted to ask for assistance with the noise level and said “there is nothing I can do about it.” We were supposed to stay 4 nights but left after one night after getting very little sleep. 「The room was clean and neat. Most notably, the staff was wonderful and so friendly! We had a great experience here the night before we skied at Cataloochee. A little surprise was the elk in the parking lot when we went to leave! The lovely gentleman at the front desk told us they come by regularly. 」
