「There were hairs everywhere in the bedroom. The shower handle didn’t work so there was no pressure and barely any hot water. The smoke alarm started chirping around 4 in the morning, battery was dead. When I went to the front desk and the night manager’s solution was to have me switch rooms instead of changing the battery. In the next room the TV didn’t work. On top of that the elevator sounded like it was about to break down.」

「Room had odor, asked to re clean room and change sheets. Took half a day and another trip to front desk for it to happen. Shower head continues to leak when using tub. 」
