「So I’m a local and booking rooms locally when my man is in town. Tried to put his card and his ID for Incidentals and still took extra for being a local. Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and it was closed. The coffee the only thing I enjoy in a hotel, it was nasty coffee flavored water. 「I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV. 「This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff are wonderful. I almost gave it 4 stars because the bed was not super comfortable. But it was adequate and everything else was so above and beyond good that I felt like the facility would probably improve the mattress and bedding.」
