「We had the most amazing stay! Marsha and Steve (the property owners) were fabulous!」

「We barely interacted with the staff and when we did, we found them unhelpful and rude. Breakfast was late and not very good. The pool was dirty. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. The landscaping and views are the true value of this place.」

「The host went above and beyond, ike was great as well.」

「Breakfast was a family setting with all other guests. When they say breakfast is at 9 am- they mean it. Don't be late! Fun to see the chickens and goats in this rural setting. Expect uber rustic accommodations. Jenny and Doug are super friendly. A real plus was that it was only a couple miles from Luckenbach . One unpleasant thing was that the room smelled rather musty and was very humid even with the air conditioning. 」

「Some of the best breakfast I've had. Wonderful people. Peaceful and quiet. I would love to stay here again. Far enough from town to be country and close enough to be convenient. They offer complementary drinks and snacks.」

「The Smith’s were the perfect hostess. The place is beautiful and full of great amenities and landscaping to take you to a great relaxing time. The town is only a few miles with great restaurants and stores. Steve and Belinda treat us like family with delicious home cook breakfast served at the big covered porch with in company of the other guests.」

「It's quiet and let me feel chill. You can see sunset just in the house. The owner is so kind and the room is so clean. They offer drinks and cookies and also has wifi. It' s so great to stay here, just sitting outside with books, beverage and perfect scenery. The breakfast, including waffle, bacon and strawberry romanoff, are also very delicious. All exceed our expections！！」

「The mother was helpful when the code to enter the room wasn't working. I tried calling but didn't get an answer so I sent a message on the website and finally received a response 1hr 15mins later but the mother helped us.」

「They sold the place in May and didn’t tell us until the day of arrival. Still waiting on the refund. We were looking forward to staying there too」

「很特别的家庭式小酒店。虽然大多数时间是自助。但仍然很舒适，面对湖水，风光无限安静。很好」
