"We had two major issues with our stay here. Our daughter is a junior at UNH, so we have stayed in multiple hotels in the area over the past few years while visiting her. We will never return to this property again. The hotel did not properly plow their parking lot which significantly reduced the size of their lot, and we were asked to park on the street (metered parking) over night. Also, the hotel allows dogs, and we had a guest with a dog stay in the room above us that barked and ran around all night, which led to not much sleep our second night there. The property manager did credit us one of our two room nights to make up for the bad experience. All in all, this property does not meet the level of quality both in property management, (only one person on property) nor in its amenities to meet the value of what they are charging for a room night. There are many other properties in the neighborhood with much better value in relation to the cost. I’d shop around and only book here if room inventory is at a minimum in the area, understanding the high cost of a room night here does not match the low value you will receive in return. "

"Room was very nice! A few minor things needed to be touched up, but it wasnt anything that affected our stay! The staff was amazing and super kind. The continental breakfast was packed with options!!"

"We arrived on time for check in 3:00PM, but was informed by manager that my room wasn’t ready due to short staff, staff had a death in the family. The manager said it should be ready in 20 minutes, The time is now 3:25PM. I asked the manager again, was the room ready, she told me, “that the room needed to be inspected. I said did anything happen in the room ? She said,No! after the rooms are clean there policy the rooms need to be inspected. Finally, the room was ready at 3:46. We entered the room checked things and notice the TV wouldn’t turn on so we called the front desk and they sent a tech to check. He noticed, it needed to be reprogrammed that took in additional,45 minutes. Then, I went into the bathroom and noticed there wasn’t a new Kleenex box, nor tissue roll and an empty bodywash container. So I called the front desk again and they sent them up to our room. So was the room attended and inspected. Our last day, we got on the elevator to go to breakfast, smelled the bacon on the way and was looking forward to eating some. However, it looked different, was shredded, looked dry and tasted like paper. Overall, I enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi, gym, the staff was polite, the stay was nice, and was a very clean hotel, "
