"I reserved a handicap room with a step in shower. They put us in a room with a tub/shower combo. They were eventually able to accommodate us, but it wasn’t until 2 1/2 hours later due to housekeeping shortage. "

"Served its purpose as a cheap place to stay but it is severely run down. Literally chucks of wall and outlets missing and broken. Carpet coming up and gross. Phone didn’t work, shower head water pressure was very low and water took forever to get hot. Walls very thin and guests were loud. No microwave in room it was at front desk. Breakfast was basically non existent, everything was always out. Only fruit, yogurt, cereal, and waffles available but it had usually run out and they don’t restock. "

"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. While the property is beautiful and the staff was excellent, I wanted to bring a few concerns to your attention. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. It felt as though the cleaning was focused more on initial presentation rather than thoroughness. Additionally, the pool area was disappointing; there was debris floating in the water, which appeared unsanitary and discouraged us from swimming. On a positive note, we did enjoy the breakfast. I hope this feedback is helpful for your maintenance and cleaning teams."
