Central to both the tower and the pleasure beach, with a tram stop at the bottom of the road, a couple of parking options available too. Highly recommend breakfast as part of the stay too. 」

「My room was next to the cleaners storage room. I arrived on a late flight at 2am. Due to this, I paid for later check out £20 for two hours), so I could rest after my late arrival. I was woken by noise in the corridor at 4.30am, with loud talking and banging. This continued for 30 minutes, then I left my room to see what was happening. In the corridor I became aware that it was staff talking on loading up their trollies for room cleaning. One lady stared at me with a bemused expression. I asked...

「Had only booked for "Room only", but on returning in the evening, found it was the opening night for their new Buffet dining service and was invited to sample free of charge! Unfortunately having already eaten wasn't up for a full meal but from the small sample I had is highly recommended - wide variety for all tastes and excellent quality. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful throughout.」

「Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however. Runway is very handy...
