"Five star service from start to finish. Lukas and Andrea contacted us on the day to ask our time of arrival and we’re waiting as we arrived. We had a family room which was actually 2 connecting rooms. One with a double bed and one with triple bunks. The double mattress was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was absolutely spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with proper mugs (not tiny cups) which was a bonus. The cooked breakfast was delicious...

"Lovely stay at a very friendly hotel. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the hotel owners Paul and Scarlet could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We did not book breakfast but it was there for us each day if we wanted it. Paul recommended other bars for us to attend and helped reassure us about one we weren't sure about. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Dragon Fly and will certainly return "

" The guy who ran the place was very helpful nothing was to much trouble, helped us with directions and an issue we had. Reasonably priced for what you get, beds were comfortable and we slept well. Parking at the rear of the property was a nice bonus."

"Fabulous Hotel to stay in. Super friendly Staff, very clean and tidy everywhere, plenty of Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk, didn't have to ask for a refill. Super location for Tower, Winter Gardens, Shops and Sea Front. Just perfect. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choice. Highly recommended. "

"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and had no duvet cover or sheets the spa bath was nothing like pic just a small spa bath the eletric kept tripping of kitchen light but was worth the money kids loved it nice big tv internet worked everything you needed in kitchen would recomend"
