「Was welcomed by Akash prior to check in to help make my stay more comfortable. While walking in, was greeted well by all the staff members and check in was smooth and comfy.
Staff were kind and attentive making a nice presence in the hotel. Breakfast banquet was filling and dinner was full of flavour. The Chicken Thai Green curry and duck dish was amazing.
Room was spacious and clean and the views were great!

「I was amazed by the service of a gentleman called Dave. I drove from London to attend a wedding and was going to spent 2 nights at this hotel. I got delayed by roadworks on A406 and M3. I called to ask whether my son could access my room. He had driven in 3 hours earlier with my sister. Dave kindly obliged and I really appreciated that. In addition he was very gracious and kind whe we finally arrived after midnight. The hotel was more than satisfactory for what we required. Parking was adequate....

「We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed.
We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight. I called ahead of our stay to confirm this was OK and...

Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...
