"Staff were polite friendly and professional. I was disappointed there were no bathrobes. For a five star hotel also disappointed that they use those small cartons of milk, I would have expected a bottle or carton in the fridge. Drinks expensive."

"The property location, design and everything was pretty perfect in my opinion. There was an issue with the soap dispenser (it wasn't working properly), there weren't any bathing cloths in the room, and when we got there we found a dirty towel on the counter above the toilet. Considering all of these minor issues I would still stay at Vertus Edit a second time. Customer service was great very warm and welcoming."

We got breakfast added free to our booking thanks to the kind staff as we were celebrating just becoming newlyweds. And we were also able to extend our checkout with ease. Overall 5 star experience thanks to the staff. We would recommend to everyone we know :)"
