"Constantza and Ella, were outstanding at their front desk jobs. Polite/courteous and efficient. Very nice folks. Thanks so much for making it an awesome stay for us! Rooms were very comfortable/clean and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay....bbq poolside was a great bonus and we enjoyed bbq meals most nights."

"I found the front desk staff to be absolutely amazing. I had a few issues checking in. I'm putting it down to being a crabby old lady not good with tech stuff. I screwed up so many times trying to enter information, forgetting my licence number and tapping my card wrong. The grandkids finally did it for me. I had problems with the TV and they ended up coming to the room to sort me out. So appreciated. I was given a good place for breakfast. And then of course, I arranged to meet up with the kids at the pool but they took both keys. Front desk to the rescue again!! And then there was the fun of a ladies party at the pool.....A great stay. I would have no problems giving a positive recommendation."
