The hotel is surrounded by busy streets, so a tip would be to pack some ear plugs as noise in the evening and early hours often woke us up. Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back . Also a hammering noise at 10 pm that went on for a good twenty mins wasn’t welcome . The waiting staff were very polite and friendly unlike the reception staff . "

"Children allowed in the bar area in the evening, unlike many pubs. Room was clean and modern, but musty smelling, and the lack of shower closure means water gets on the floor of the washroom. The heating/cooling system made incessant clicking noise when turned on, no matter what temp setting, so we avoided having it on overnight, because it would have kept us from sleeping."
