「Staff generally very supportive and welcoming. Very good breakfast selection and quality with prompt service. Rooms well serviced and comfortable but can be hot with afternoon sun and external noise limits ability to have windows open. 」

「The bar wasn't open and there was no facilities for breakfast. Even the option of having cereals you could help yourself to and a toaster to make toast would have been good. My room was adequate but the shower cubicle was broken and the shower itself was attached to the wall and could only be used by hand. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. When I told the staff I wasn't happy they weren't interested and didn't bother until I said I was leaving early to offer another room.」
