"Easy access for flights leaving Gatwick. Clean , friendly, great breakfast,. Only concern is difficulty in using the bath/shower combo !!! Especially dangerous for elderly ! Please add additional grab bar in Shower ! Poor shower design allows water to wet floor! Yikes !"
