"I was DJ'ing a wedding outside of Rocky Mount — but I would recommend this beautiful mountainous area to any traveler who wants a little respite from the city. The hotel is very nice — clean and well maintained, with a friendly and helpful staff. I never got opportunity to use the swimming pool, but the complimentary breakfast was good — and the availability of coffee at any hour was especially appreciated."
