"We liked the hotel. We’ve been there also last year. I asked for a room at the second floor and got one at the third. I have a new knee and i’m not good in stairs now. "This is wonderfully well-managed property. From the moment I checked in until checkout, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful,and helpful. It is evident that this chain does an excellent job in training staff to meet the needs of its clientele. The room was very comfortable with everything in great working order. The facilities were excellent and the vibe was very relaxed. There is tonnes to do on Koh Chang, and the hotel was very helpful in getting me a rental car at a very good rate. I would highly recommend the Dinso as a great place to stay and excellent value for the money. As a side note, the food and service in the restaurant each day was nothing short of excellent."
