The breakfast is very good, the entertainment at night on the beach is fun and family friendly, the rooms were very nice and the staff were lovely. The housekeeping was a little slack though, not replenishing snack bar items and not leaving all the towels on some days. It caused some confusion when we checked out and it was not necessary. Otherwise we wlreally enjoyed our stay at The Splash.

Highly recommend for families

This hotel is great! We stayed here over Songhkran and the staff really involved us in the celebrating. The staff was generally so service minded and joyful. Our kids of 9 and 12 loved the water park and the family room close to the beach was newly renovated. Everything was 10/10 except maybe the food which could have been better. But there are other restaurants near by.

A perfect stay for families!! The room is nice. Water pressure in the shower is not good unfortunately. The pool area is super great!! Including a small water park. Breakfast is great! The beach and the beach restaurant is also superb. Love it!

Great spot for family holiday.

Great, clean facility with water slides. Hard to beat spot to stay with your family. For couples nearby The Deva could be better. Seaside location. Beach restaurant with fire shows and live music every night. Sound system quality is not great. Breakfast selection is basic. Could expect more variety. Number of family rooms is limited to two so you need to book really early to get one. We booker 12 months in advance and got 5 nights out of 7.

Stay away, there are better hotels and areas

The plus side is the staff and manager who do what they can to take care of you. The down side is that the resort is dated with rotten and broken sum beds, towels so worn out that they have holes. The rooms are very noisy, even in the deluxe villas you cannot sleep because of the noise. The beach is no beach…. Useless resort if you like to enjoy the ocean. Breakfast buffe is on the lower end. Theoretically the waterpark should be a nice experience for the kids. We got so many cuts and bruises that we could not even count them due to outdates slides that are worn and torn. Ear infections and sinus infections from the water. The area itself is not very nice. Prostitution and weed stores everywhere. We stayed six nights but wanted to leave after one. Hotel would not refund. They did give us another room (same type) and a free Christmas dinner as a nice guesture. I recommend anyone going to Koh Chang to White beach instead.

Very pleasant stay

Das Zimmer war top, die Ausstattung ebenso. Es gab außer Handtücher für den Strand und Bademäntel. Hotel im astreinen Zustand und auch der Service vor Ort ist perfekt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Värt att bo på!

Trevlig och fint hotell med en perfekt pool för barn, samt föe vuxna. Vänlig personal och bra mat i deras egna resturang samt bra underhållning på kvällen vod stranden. Helt okej frukost, rätter byts ut varje dag vilket är positivt så det inte är samma varje dag. Barnvänligt hotell med barnstolar (Ikea antilop), inte vanligt att hitta det i Thailand.
