「Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. 」

「Switched selected room upon arrival as room I reserved was not available anymore. Had no power to charge devices before a long flight due to what appeared to be a shortage in electricity. Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also. 」

「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

「Clean rooms, pleasant and very helpful staff, and amenities exactly as described. The location is very convenient, very close to the train station and city center, with easy bus connections. Breakfast is available as an additional package and is well prepared and satisfying.」

「I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...
