「Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, punto a favor el calentador de agua. Muy limpio. Cercano al centro caminado. Lo único que en una estancia de 4 noches, los vecinos de habitación terminaron de ducharse a las 2 am y se escuchaba muy fuerte la tubería. Pero no oí nada de otro tipos de ruidos, ni del exterior, ni de otras habitaciones.」

「Abbiamo soggiornato a Sofia in questo hotel in una suite posta all’ottavo piano. Purtroppo i primi due piani sono in ristrutturazione quindi la reception si trova direttamente al secondo piano e bisogna prendere le scale per arrivarci. Le pulizie non sono il massimo e la moquette è tutta sgocciolata con sostanze a quanto pare indelebili. Abbiamo notato un forte odore di animale (cane probabilmente) che abbiamo segnalato all’hotel l’indomani ed è stato risolto. La suite era spaziosa e accogliente...

「優: 1.房間非常好, 夠大, 浴室設計也很現代..新, 且乾淨 2. wifi 速度不錯 3. 早餐種類數目沒有特別多, 但算精緻 (比較其他飯店) 4. 旁邊有大型 shopping mall, 超市, 附近為新大樓街景整齊缺: 離地鐵站稍遠(走路20分鐘), 但門口附近有公車可以直達市中心(車程10分鐘)」

「We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
