「位置比较好，离超市及火车站步行大约五分钟，离海滩差不多15分钟；不足是房间偏小，浴室偏小，起初给的房间刚刚油漆过，味道很重，呛了一整晚，第二天一早，要求换到了隔壁，房间味道没有了，但更小了……」

「Perfect location for us as we were visiting Paulton's Park. The apartment itself was of ample size, fitting us and our two children in with plenty of space. Bathrooms are snug but perfectly functional. The place was clean, with basic functional products, eg. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towel etc. Check in and out was simple with a key safe box and code given via text message. Plenty of sleeping space with 2 doubles, and a single, and space for a travel cot. 2 sofas in the lounge....

「Martin welcomed us and was friendly. You could see the team work hard to maintain the showers for so many people and the tent was peaceful and dark at night aiding restful sleep. It has lovely views and so many places to visit with easy driving distance. Great stay for families 」

「The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.」
