"Arrived at 2:40PM. Desk staff was sitting outside smoking a cigarette. We were told we could not check in until 3:00. Left and returned at 2:50 and she was checking in a couple who had reserved 6 rooms. 45 minutes later after waiting in the heat, no AC in office. Was told I couldn’t have the ground floor room I reserved for my handicapped husband. I stood my ground a she “found” a ground floor room. Upon checking out she told me a couldn’t have a printed receipt because I booked on Expedia. "

"The AC does NOT work at all, water pressure is very low, stuff is super friendly, there are no large trash cans for you to throw your stuff in. Overall a cozy place to stay :) "

"The room did the job in terms of a place to sleep for the night. Walls are thin and neighbors were loud late and night and again early in the morning. Nothing nice, but did the trick for a quick nighter to hit the resort the next day. Would I return - likely not. "
