「The hotel is not only showing some obvious wear in both the rooms (furnishings) and public areas (corridors/lifts etc.) but particularly could have been improved by simply paying attention. Outside lawn bar areas/furniture are not even being wiped down and this is a highlight area for this hotel. Rooms are not made up in a timely manner 3:45 in the afternoon seems rather late for any room not to mention a suite you want to enjoy time in. Staff comments were less than helpful. 「The room was very clean, modern and spacious. A little fridge was stocked and the usual tea and coffee were available. The gym is small but had everything that I wanted to use, the spa area was clean and everything worked. Reception and room service staff were professional, polite and friendly. I slept well, felt safe and genuinely enjoyed my stay. 」

「This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab.」
