Bed was very uncomfortable. There was rust in the bathtub. The bathroom was set up quite well for accessibility. Why is a handicap room on the 2nd floor? How do we get out if there is a fire or elevator goes out. Room anf facility was clean.

The deadbolt on the door did not work. Trash from previous people in the trashcan. Faucet in the shower was falling apart. This was the third time staying as we often have had a good experience when passing through to Florida. We won’t stay again.

Awesome place that's very affordable

It was a beautiful room the bathroom door knob was broke that was the only problem we had everything else accommodated our big family very well and I was so glad that you have that size room without me trying to buy a separate room for just my children to stay in the pool was great as well

We have stayed here several times as a family. This was one of our worst stays, albeit not terrible. My key card would not open our room on multiple attempts back and forth from the front desk. They had to change our room, which had a cockroach running around as soon as we turned on the lights. The room also smelled a little mildewy. The staff were very nice and friendly. The pool was nice for our kids. The beds were comfortable. And the breakfast was good.
