"There was some sort of leftover food on the sink handle and inside the drain. The washcloths were also filthy. There was music playing so loud it sounded like it was inside of my room until 4am. I tried calling the front desk but nobody would answer. I took photos to document."

"Greeted by every staff member we encountered. The warm cookies were a very nice touch! The bathtub was scratched on the bottom. The pillows were not comfortable for me but my husband had no problem with them. The sofa in the living area was comfortable as a sofa but we did not use it as a bed. Overall, a good stay. "
