「酒店的卫生真的不敢恭维，承诺好的退款数字又在退房后兑现不了，说是因为我在第三方网站订的房，总之当时房间里的之前客人留下的鞋、短裤还有袜子让我想起来就恶心，提醒未来准备订这间酒店的朋友入住时检查好卫生，有问题当时解决，退房时想在解决问题基本就是不可能的了。」

「We loved this property, the location and the staff. The front house manager works very hard and runs an excellent ship. The barkeep and restaurant staff were friebadly and the food was fantastic. We are returning from Vancouver in May to stay again. It was a great base for so much beautiful walking. The local shops are lovely and the Old Bakery tea house is 1 moment down the road, tell Alan we sent you. He is a local gem.🇨🇦」

「Lovely clean room. Staff are the best! Beautiful pub filled with so many friendly people. Rooms are a little small with one ceiling window so can feel abit dark. But beautiful none the less. Could do with a bigger tv. 」

「For a chain hotel in a rural town, this hotel provides what you expect. The room was comfortable and the hotel was in reasonable condition. Staff were friendly and the check in process is very easy. The location of the hotel was just a 10 min walk to the centre of town and local bus connections. Wifi was free, but was a bit patchy at times.」

「Room was excellent and location perfect for Cheltenham races. Food (breakfast and dinner) and service great. Accommodation very expensive though and pub was very busy that meant our table for dinner was moved in to bar area and two main courses not available. However, we gave this feedback which was dealt with positively 」
