「The Gables is a quiet, charmingly updated 19-century home in the heart of Rhinebeck, NY. Managers John and Pamela Wurster are not only genuinely welcoming, but they treated us to some of the best coffee and croissants we’ve ever had—plus some fresh summer plums!
