Location wise it is good near to shopping complex. The bad was it is also near to a pub which does become quite noisy at night. Rates are affordable and value for money.

Horrendous neighbourhood

The neighbourhood was extremely noisy, people are still karaoke ing when I sleep at 3am and their voices are very clearly heard. I can hardly sleep. There are also no lifts available. The receptionists can only speak Malay and hardly speak english. The choices of tv channels are very little. Improvements are needed for the flushing system of the toilet. However, the room is sufficiently clean and neat.

A cozy inn with 5-star quality in service and cleaniness. The location is also great as it is located near a popular mall in Bintulu. Finding car parking space is not a problem as well.

Satisfy, excited.

My friends and I were really happy to stay at Maxi Inn and for us, was the strategic place to go for shopping and eating. The price was really reasonable especially for students like us who went for a small vacation. The conditions of the inn was totally promising.
