We don’t live very far from this location but we do like to stay overnight whenever we go to an event at the Arena. The hotel is right across the street. Easy parking in their parking lot make it convenient. If it’s a nice day, so many walkable options. The hotel staff are all so friendly & helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the River. The lobby and front desk attendants were friendly and professional. I grew up in Binghamton and visit often. It’s nice to know that there is a reasonably priced, well maintained hotel close to local attractions.

Walls are super thin and you can hear every conversation from the room next door. Staff was great but I had some rowdy neighbors that did not sleep through the night and had a loud conversation all night.

The room was very clean, the hotel was quiet, comfortable and welcoming. There's plenty of dining within walking distance and a huge Boscov's outlet store basically right next door. The margaritas at the hotel bar were fantastic and the food was good.
