We stopped here on a cross country roadtrip. We called knowing we would be late and the lady on the phone was rude and hung up without saying goodbye. On arrival at 1am, the guy at the front desk struggled to get the computer check in to work. He mumbled that there would be no key because it wasn’t working then took us to our room using the master key and told us to call if we got locked out. The room smelled of smoke despite being a non smoking property and we noticed there were hairs around the bathroom, including on the towels. This made us feel uncomfortable sleeping in the sheets, not knowing if they were truly clean or if the bed was just made. Ultimately we checked in at 1am & left at 4am because we couldn’t sleep more than a nap.

This place has gone downhill very dirty room actually disgusting no hand towels or wash clothes,the floor wasn't clean as there were pennies left on the floor, the light above the sink didn't work and they didn't clean the sink there was nasty goobers stuck on the sink!! I stay here every year as it cliose to the airport a nd i like being able to leave my car there and get shuttled.

Lousy!

The room had a comforter that was torn/ shredded. Toilet flushed continuously, and when finally my son was moved over to another room, the front desk didn't properly record the change and double booked the room. It is not fun at 2a.m., having a stranger open your door and walk in the dark into your room! Having the front desk clerk come bang on your door 10 minutes after you shoo out the stranger to wake you up again isn't on either! I think a free night at another hotel, would be appropriate given the circumstances

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! There was an overpowering "air freshener" from the moment we came through the front door, down the hall, in the room... all night long. The sheets were rough (we elected to sleep in our travel clothes), pillows "travel-size" and the bed had no blanket ( it was 25deg... snowing outside weather). The room did have a window heater, but it also had a funky smell and was very very loud. To top it off the room charge on my card was $20 more than advertised on Expedia. The receipt did not break down the charges so I have no idea why I was charged extra. The front desk staff told me the charge came from Expedia, but I have used Expedia several times and never had an over charge.

The TV remote didn't work. Went to front desk they said there was a second remote, which there was't.. Two people later I could watch TV. Door card had to be re programed 3 times. Shower was broke went to call front desk and phone not working.

Disappointing as I stayed there years ago. No drinking glasses, had to get help to use tv, plugged sink and poor flushing toilet. Pillows awful but airport shuttle was great!!

The location was convenient. The bed was comfortable, but the fitted mattress pad and bottom sheet didn't fit well and kept coming off during the night. The cups supplied and sitting next to the coffee maker were too large to fit under the filter, so after I put water in I found that I could not put the cup in to catch it.

It's a very small parking lot that comes out directly on to a busy 4 lane street. When you put the address in Google Maps, it takes you to the pin that is located in the residential area behind it. Overwhelming smells of cleaning solutions could be a problem for some.

Check in was easy. Got into the room and there was a huge puddle on the floor. Not sure what it was. It looked like the room was not ready for guests. Beds did not have a coverlet, just a thin blanket and sheet. Sheets were dirty looking. Was questioning if they were washed and no shower curtain? Needless to say I still took my shower but the floor was a little wet! We also didn't feel safe! Not going back! Better to spend a little more money for comfort and quality!!
