Staff did not speak English, they removed toiletpaper from my room and didn't speak English to understand to bring a new roll. Breakfast was a voucher to a local cafre, where the voucher didn't even cover the price of a cup of coffee, so I had expenses every day for the so called "breakfast included"
Perhaps, one of the worst hotel in Taiwan.
I doubt it could be called a "Hotel", maybe just a hostel/Inn.
Room is small, carpet is dirty, not even a chair in the room, bathroom is clean, but beside a tiny soap bar, and toilet paper, nothing else. And expect nothing else.
Breakfast is just a take-away from nearby street shop, hardly adequate,
for the price, it is far fetch from good CP value. but in this district, there ain't much choices.
