Check-in was smooth and fast; however, check-out was slow due to insufficient staffing. There were only three staff members on duty at the time. Another drawback was the internet service—Caesars only offers free Wi-Fi for two guests, with an additional fee for others sharing the same room. The room did not have a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable.
