「Petit hôtel situé dans un secteur sympathique, la personne a l’accueil est attentionnée. Les attractions se font à pied si vous êtes un bon marcheur sinon il y a le transport en commun. Petit hic, frigo dans la chambre était à peine plus frais que la chambre. 」

「我入住了四晚，但好多用品無補反，他們一開始只會俾最平的房你，要你同他理論才會換到自己本身訂的房，我共換三次房，因他根本就已無房」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「Barcelona是個值得深入旅遊的城市，但治安常為人詬病，我們在加泰隆尼亞音樂廳外就看到有旅客追著小偷，而Aparthotel Atenea附近治安良好，就算晚上快12點回旅館，也沒有異常行為的人們在街頭上這間旅館離FCB很近，也適合足球迷」

「Lugaris afforded us an economical and comfortable experience for our business trip. The in-unit washer/dryer was a nice addition, though the QR-code assisted instructions were not for the same model we had. After WhatsApp discussion with the front office, we finally figured it out. Super comfy couch and beds, nice dining table, and adequate bathrooms.」

「入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天要自己清潔投訴無門聯絡清潔工要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡沒有回應，網站上酒店電話只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店，正確應該有九個字，到入住當天只好在門口等待，check-out亦冇人理會只可放低鎖匙回港後向hotels.com投訴，還被職員玩，覺得他們一點都沒有問題，無論酒店及網頁都不知所謂」
