The location and amenities of the apartment were wonderful. However the staff member at check-in wasn’t friendly but all other members were. The floor had some sand on it that you had to brush off when going to bed or putting on shoes. The balcony with a view of Sagrada Familia was a highlight. However the patio table had hair trimmings all over it and there were nail clippings on the balcony floor. The beds were comfortable and the adjustable AC was great. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dish washer, but a glass was cracked and the wine opener didn’t work. And on our last night after walking to and from the amazing Park Guell, our door card didn’t work nor could the front desk get us a replacement one because the card programmer had to get fixed. After 15 minutes they got us in to the apartment and about 30 minutes later buzzed at the door with a replacement card. The whole thing was a bit annoying but the staff was apologetic that they could sort this out sooner for us. In summary, we would stay at this apartment again as the price was reasonable and we really liked the quick access to the metro, the location, and having a cafe every morning on the balcony with Sagrada Familia to ponder.
