「The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am.」

There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. 「This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. 」
