「The property was convenient and close to where my daughter lived breakfast. Breakfast was great the first morning the second morning, It was horrible. There was hardly anything to eat hot but waffles no potatoes no bacon just eggs .」

「This property has a lot of conveniences across the street from the beach. You can park right by your hotel room. It was very quiet. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was just as good as the Hampton Inn and I know it’s a silly thing, but the shampoo and conditioner was top-notch better than the Ritz Carlton.」

「 No balcony. Room was clean just old motel. Staff were nice and helpful. Parking lot was well lit.」

「You get one roll of toilet paper, and if you ask they will let you know it. They don’t turn the room acs on when they know they have someone checking into a room. If the ac is not working properly in a room and they have an available room they will not move you until the next day. They don’t clean everyday, don’t make the meds, don’t restock the coffee everyday, you can’t get ahold of the staff because they are hanging out in a room with other guests. It’s definitely not a kid friendly place....

「The check-in was the only pleasant experience. The A/C was off when we entered the room, took an hour to cool the room. No towels or washcloths. No staff in the morning. We left at 7:45 am without officially checking out.」

「Front desk receptionist was absolutely sweet and adorable!! Loved her attitude ❤️❤️ the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. Luckily I had bleach wipes in my car and cleaned it up. Other than that it was ok.」

「The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable too. It was quiet although the hotel was located near a busier road.」

「Such a pretty hotel and our room was so pretty and very clean. Employees were very nice. Security is excellent. Pool is well maintained. Restaurants were very good. Highly recommend staying at the Scarlet Pearl.」
