The location was amazing! Very well kept upscale resort. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, especially the beach bar restaurant. Awesome pools, lounging areas and beautiful sunset views. Was sad to leave this place.

YES & YES— clean room, amenities & well kept property. Staff, especially Otis. More should be done to redirect, reorient unfamiliar guests from the front desk at number 1996 near the public street to the back of the property where check in and registration occurs.

We loved the hotel overall with a few issues to note. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever needed. All of the staff at outside tiki bar/restaurant were absolutely great.
