"We just cannot get past how dirty our room floors were. Every time anybody would walk around without shoes, slippers, or socks. Your feet were completely black. We took multiple trips to the bathroom to wash your feet. You could see black all over the towels from drying your feet off. When I told the gentleman upfront, he literally had nothing to say. I just don’t understand I get laminate flooring, but it was beyond dirty. "

"Everything went well during our stay! My husband is in a wheelchair and everything was accessible to him. The only thing I wish they had was tile vs. carpet but it’s no big deal. Overall great hotel, will definitely stay there again. "

"Rooms were very small and cramped with little space for luggage. Bathroom had no towel bars and the sink had very little counter space, there was nowhere to hang a towel after showering. Room smelled musty and the AC unit sounded like a jet approaching take off. The TV remote was indecipherable, and despite repeated trips to the front desk for tutoring, all I got was a no signal message floating around the screen. I was frustrated and let the staff know. The manager was very polite and accommodating, she gave a discount for our inconvenience and allowed us the cancel our reservation for the second night. Ten plus for staff and zero for accommodations. This place bills itself as a mid range option a step down from the Holiday Inn across the street, with comparable pricing. Save your dollars and go for the other budget motels in town - you can get the same thing there for about 40% less."
