Great stay! The property is thoughtfully maintained, our room was decorated with style & practicality, parking was conveniently close to the room, the room was quiet, it was a safe area, and there was a coffee/bakery/deli place just down the street. Lots to love at El Rancho!

The room itself was clean enough but the heater did not work. There is no front desk so you have to go to another property to pick up your key. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor says and does. You can also hear everything happening the parking lot which makes it extremely hard to sleep

What a wonderful place to rest our heads after a long day of driving! The rooms were so clean and cozy and there was a brewery and a coffee shop a block away so we could easily grab dinner when we got into town, and the a coffee/breakfast as we headed out the next morning. I would definitely stay there again!

I am still waiting for a partial refund for my payment since I was placed in a one queen bedroom rather than the 2 bedroom full amenities bungalow that I booked under the agreement that they will give me $80 refund for that smaller unit. I have not received the refund, I have been calling them for 3 days, no answer, just answering machine, left 3-4 messages, haven’t gotten any call back from them ☹️

Instructions were clear for checkin, we had parking close to the room, two beds as listed, TV easy to use, fridge, coffee maker, air control, and all plumbing functioned well, windows had shades, doors locked. By that standard it met all out needs for safety and staying comfortable. Hence the 4 star review, they did provide a safe and quite and well maintained facility But I had kids and they are very observant as am I. We all noticed there was black hair on pretty much every surface, beds, sheets, tables, sink, also noticeable substances on walls by bed and in bathroom, door, floor, something pink growing on door frame. We used out own blankets to sleep on top on the beds without sheets and made sure not to touch ANYTHING

First of all no one was onsite to give you your key or check in. You have to drive to a sister motel to grab your key off the counter. The place was kinda interesting if that is what you want. The bed was horrible, I was recovering from a back injury and this did not help. I would have been better on the floor with but no room for that. Seems like they are trying to fix up the place. Ill give them that credit.

The room was clean and spacious even for 3 people! The grounds were great for an outdoor BBQ which was greatly appreciated. The benches outside of the rooms were very comfortable for reading or taking in the surrounding mountains and evening stars and planets. A bit pricey, but very nice.

Ants when I walked in. No problem. Place is a little beat up, Crack in bottom of door. Ants happen. Then a baby roach crawled on me while in bed. I got the F out of there and stayed elsewhere.
