「The room i had was older with a double bed. It was a long walk to the lobby, and since I’m handicapped I didn’t go to breakfast. There were no designated spaces for the rooms so sometimes I would be near the door to the hallway to get to the room and sometimes not. However, I made mistake on our booking and tried to fix it right away literally within 15 minutes after booking instead expedia and IHG pointed the finger at each other and neither were exactly helpful smh.
