Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff

The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable - while being at the centre of district 1. But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.

Our stay at Hotel Majestic was everything we had hoped it would be. The room was clean, large, and very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel's location is perfect for getting to know Saigon by foot. Not everything in the room was perfect, the hand held shower holder needed some work, but this was taken care of by the staff. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone who appreciates history.
