"We stopped overnight at the Crowne Plazza, it was a lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and had everything that you would need. The pool was not huge but was fine for a gentle swim and the spa tub was nice. We had dinner in the hotel and the food and service were good. Overall a great stay "

"Beautiful hotel just outside of the town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and the bar/lounge area was so comfortable. Parking was a massive plus and there were plenty of spaces near to all rooms. The area felt safe even late at night. The pool was clean and quiet during our visit. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Staff were excellent. Great choice at breakfast (including gluten free bread) and hot selection served to order. Room was nicely designed, had a comfy bed with good amenities. Good location in Stratford-upon-Avon for walking to local sites and restaurants. Paid car park behind the hotel."

"Good size room, but furthest one away from bar \ restaurant. It was an accessible room which wasn't what i booked, but it was very quiet after some patrons going out to back for late smokes. Got a warm welcome when checking in, & there were good drink options, although surprised at how early the bar closed. Breakfast was excellent & well presened. Would recommend friends & family to stay there if cisiting the area. Only disappointing thing was the room rate was reduced by £10 the day after we booked, and although it said free cancellation up to 24 hours before, but when i tried it said I would lose all money if cancelled."

"Our stay was lovely, although it has been marred somewhat by the lack of communication we have received regarding the return of our deposit. Several messages and phone calls have been met with radio silence. At £75 it isn’t a small amount of money, and to have it withheld without any communication has been frustrating to say the least. I would advise anyone staying here to be comfortable with losing their deposit because at this present moment it seems as though the hotel is hoping we’ll just forget about it eventually."
