「All okay with staff breakfast and bar but room size was too small and double bed size not enough for two adults」

「The hotel left heated towel rails on during the middle of a heatwave. Two visits to reception led to provision of a useless fan. Despite complaints to management no partial or full refund was offered on the basis it was a hot weekend. This is without doubt the worst place I've stayed. Avoid unless you want to melt in the room followed by a good old fashioned dose of Management gaslighting....」

「We only stayed for 1 night with our dogs, the grounds of the hotel are stunning with lovely views. We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it.
