Clean quiet rooms, large shower, separate toilet, micro, small bar fridge, crockery, reverse cycle aircon, large window looking at lawn and plants, easy parking and driveway, very close shopping centre for take away or Spar supermarket. 「Driveway access is a potential hazard. I found it difficult to slow down and enter safely with following cars, especially with headlights on at night, while trying to spot the unfamiliar sign which was flush along the fence wall. Note that this is a busy road with no shoulder. Better signage would help greatly. Otherwise it is a new and well appointed apartment.」

「It was a comfy bed and the blankets were warm. We just needed someone to crash out after a party and leave the next day so we didn't need any fancy extras. It was good value for the price. 」
