「Great location, close to main area of Airlie beach, plenty of choice of restaurant nearby. Close to pier for joining the local tour to great barrier reef」
「The building itself is called something else (Vista apartments I think) so it was very confusing when we arrived and Reception was closed so there was nobody around to ask.
The apartment was ok for two nights although the bath had a black mark all around it, like it needed a good clean and the shower curtain was grubby and needs replacing.」
「The lounge didn’t fold out for extra bedding. The air conditioner didn’t work in the lounge room. The shower was dirty and mouldy. There was no glasses to drink from, not even coffee cups even though there was a kettle. There was cleaning tub with cleaning products in a bucket on top of the microwave. Overall cleanliness and presentation was not at a good standard and pricey for what we got in return. Very disappointing. 」
