「This place is horrible and I have no idea what kind of low class people are staying there and giving good reviews. We were driving back from Colorado and choose it base in the reviews but it’s a total joke. We arrived exactly at 1 am and was hoping to get quick check in since no one was there by reception,but…… we were wrong !!! When we walked in we were greeted by extremely loud guy behind a counter. 「Left after 5 minutes of being in room. Fire sprinkler dangling out of wall, no fire alarm, bathroom door looked kicked in, wife could barely open and close door into room, old french fries on the floor, walls and bed covered with stains, a/c unit packed full of dust/dirt, 」

「Clean and comfortable enough. Dull, safe location. OK breakfast for this tier of hotel. Some loud guests but was able to drown out their noise with bathroom fan. Front desk staff was very helpful in rebooking me for the same room when I needed to extend my stay one additional night. For a budget stay, this is above average.」

「Room not available until 7p, check in time 3pm. Unable to watch TV due to satellite issues when arrived, waited for 30-45min with no improvement before calling front desk, was told sumbody be done and waited another 40 min, went to front desk just to find out what going on and that person left because shift over and oncoming staff did not know anything. Staff was unable to fix tv issue and told me there was nothing they could do. I had to problem solve and fixed myself but it kept losing signal...

「Upon arriving we found there was a loud intermittent noise adjacent to the room. We talked to staff and they offered a second floor room so we moved upstairs. This room had no cold water in the lavatory and the stool did not fill after flushing and the TV did not work. We again contacted the front desk and we were moved to a third room that functioned. The whole place appears to need some updating. Staff were pleasant but difficult to understand.」
